About the company
We are excited to be partnering with a leading national provider in commercial services who have been operating for over 40 years to recruit an experienced Regional Manager position that will take ownership of the Waikato region, driving operational excellence, business growth, and franchise success.
About the role
As Regional Manager, you will oversee all operations within the Waikato region, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll provide guidance to franchisees, manage regional staff, and maintain profitability while upholding health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development and grow regional revenue.
  • Recruit and support franchisees, ensuring compliance and success.
  • Lead and coach staff and franchisees, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor regional financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety policies.
About you
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multi-site operations or regional portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets and interpret P&L reports.
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to develop business opportunities and maintain long-term client partnerships.
