As a senior leader within the Comhla organisation, you’ll foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation, empowering high-performing teams, shaping the future of veterinary services in New Zealand for the long term.
The Opportunity: Region Strategy & Leadership:
- Translate vision into action; Bring Comhla’s national strategy to life through tailored regional plans that deliver measurable results.
- Inspire and empower; lead and mentor Hub Managers, building leadership capability and fostering collaboration across clinical, cultural and commercial areas
- Accelerate Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and community engagement.
- Champion Culture: Build a connected, values driven region where people thrive and communities feel supported.
- Work closely with the Comhla Executive team to deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee financial results, support workforce planning, compliance and health and safety with a focus on long term sustainability.
- Executive-level leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments
- A proven ability to lead change and deliver strategic outcomes
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Sector experience in veterinary, healthcare, agribusiness or similar.
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style with excellent communication skills
- A deep commitment to people, culture and community impact
