We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Christchurch office and support an award winning recruiter in growing her division. Please note this role can be varied and fast-paced.
Duties will include:
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, databases, and social media
- Conduct phone interviews, video interviews and face to face interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system
- Support consultants with market research and talent mapping
- Conduct reference checks
- Conduct site assessments
- Complete candidate onboarding on our online portals including booking drug testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and excel in administrative support
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy with basic MS Office skills
- No recruitment experience required – just a great attitude!
