Your Role as Recruitment Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of consultants across varying levels of experience.
- Drive growth across the Engineering & Construction division with a clear focus on business development and client relationship management.
- Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
- Contribute strategically to the long-term growth and direction of Stellar’s Brisbane office.
- Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to Engineering or Construction sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire recruitment teams.
- A strong background in business development and client relationship management.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to deliver results.
- Someone who thrives in a growing, ambitious business and wants to be part of shaping its future.
