About the job: Recruitment Consultant (Trades)

  • Running a full 360 recruitment desk: sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting candidates across Hawke’s Bay
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients in the civil, commercial build, and warehousing sectors
  • Driving business development to bring on new clients and fill urgent and long-term roles
  • Collaborating closely with your teammate to build the local office’s presence and reputation
  • Contributing to the regional growth plan and having a real say in how the Napier office evolves
  

About you:
We are looking for someone who really wants to extend themselves, someone who wants to develop a career and receive the training and guidance needed to do so.
 
With your already refined recruitment experience, you will possess:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A drive to build long-standing relationships,
  • An ability to grow and develop client accounts,
  • Local knowledge or ties to the Hawkes Bay region are a big plus,
  • Be a team player with a great attitude,
  • Your strong interpersonal skills will reflect your ability to demonstrate in every way, our Stellar Values; Greatness, Positivity and Leadership.
