What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning the ropes of recruitment from a team who’s been there and done it well
- Getting hands-on with sourcing, shortlisting, screening and candidate engagement
- Writing standout job ads and helping us market roles across our network
- Managing moving parts and keeping the process smooth behind the scenes
- A people person - someone who loves connecting, helping and communicating
- Quick learner, sharp thinker, and calm under pressure
- A great attitude and the kind of energy that lifts a room
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or coordination is a bonus
- Ambition to grow a long-term career in recruitment
