What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing skilled candidates across construction trades roles
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Providing market insights and excellent customer service
- Growing an established workforce
What We're Looking For
- Background in civil construction, infrastructure, commercial construction, or similar technical sectors
- Recruitment experience is beneficial — but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self‑driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Computer skills to maximise productivity
