The Situation:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to work with Stellar internally 3 days per week to work closely with one of our highly experienced Recruitment Managers!
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Resourcing: Proactively searching job boards, internal databases and LinkedIn recruiter for top-tier talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conducting initial phone interviews to assess suitability and culture fit.
- Compliance & Admin: Coordinating reference checks, police checks, and ensuring all onboarding documentation is "audit-ready." Compiling Excel spreadsheets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries via phone and email.
- Interview Coordination: Managing calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in Recruitment Administration, Talent Acquisition, or a high-volume HR support role.
- Programs and Platforms- Highly proficient in proficient in Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for compliance and data entry accuracy.
- Customer-First Mindset: A passion for providing a positive candidate experience, even when delivering tough feedback.
- Problem Solver: A proactive approach to overcoming hurdles in the recruitment process.
