The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to provide a welcoming front-of-house experience and support daily office operations for a busy head office. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and keep things running smoothly from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Maintain office supplies and reorder when needed
  • Monitor and respond to general email inboxes
About you:
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately
