This well-established consulting firm is seeking a proactive and organised individual to manage their front desk and provide vital support to a team of business consultants.
This newly created position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work alongside a fantastic Manager who is committed to your development.
Reporting to the Project Director, your duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and kitchen stock
- Providing general administrative support
- Coordinating travel bookings
- Organising internal and external meetings and events
- Collating QA documentation
- Supporting health & safety inductions and audits
- Handling project documentation and administration
- Overseeing facilities management for the building
- And more!
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration or team support
- A confident, enthusiastic approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of personalities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting senior executives and wider teams
