We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution business based in South Auckland, supplying construction materials across the region. With strong workflow and consistent demand, we’re seeking an experienced Reach Operator who knows their way around busy, high-volume environments and takes pride in precision handling.
This is not just another forklift role — this is hands-on, technical work operating specialised equipment within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Picking, dispatching, and managing large product movements
- Assisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained
- Supporting stock counts and warehouse organisation
- Maintaining strict Health & Safety standards
- Have experience operating a Reach and Counter Balance Forklift (preferably upto a 12T)
- Hold a valid Reach and Counterbalance licence
- Have experience using clamp attachments (advantageous)
- Be familiar with or have worked in a warehousing environment preferably with large products
- Be well spoken and have a good understanding of written instructions
- Have a good attitude, reliable and a team player
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check
