With a strong pipeline of works this national construction firm is seeking to further enhance the team in the Queenstown region for current and future projects. Seeking interest from experienced intermediate and seniors Quantity Surveyors to join the team. The companies project include complex commercial structures across NZ
    
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Tendering of sub-trades and material packages.
- Project and Subcontract tender queries and clarifications.
- Evaluation and negotiation Subcontract tender tags and clarifications.
- Collate Tender Submission.
- Contract Administration.
- Procurement of Sub-contract Agreements, Subcontract and Supplier Guarantees & Warranties.
- Cost control.
- Processing Contract Progress Claims, Variations and Final Account.
- Processing of Subcontract Progress Claims, Variations, Payment Certificates and Final Accounts.
- Attendance at PCG, Site and Design Meetings as required.
- Processing, negotiation and agreement of Contract and Subcontract Final Accounts.
  
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- We are seeking experienced intermediate to Senior level Quantity Surveyor.
- The ability to plan and think ahead.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Well develop systems skills
- Ability to manage the QS function from start to finish
- Proven experience in a multi project environment
- A natural ability to build strong professional relationships with a range of people.
