A quantity surveyor who is looking to grow their career who consistently maintains high standards and delivers strong commercial outcomes. Someone who is eager to step into an intermediate level role among an established construction team of experienced members.
Key responsibilities including
:
- Protect the deal; following budgets
- Identification of commercial risk factors
- Administration and documentation control
- Communicating and collaborating with other stake holders.
- Producing accurate documentation within budgets and timelines
- Variations and tenders
- Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industry
- 4+ year industry experience in contract management practices
- Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts
- High level computer processing skills in Microsoft Programmes
- Strong communication, team management and leadership skills
