About the Role
We’re looking for a Provisional Licensed Immigration Adviser to join our Christchurch-based team. You’ll work closely with experienced Licensed Immigration Advisers, recruitment consultants, clients and candidates, supporting a wide range of immigration matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your advisory capability in a supportive, high-performing environment while working towards full licensing.
You’ll assist with immigration case management, compliance processes and client communication, helping ensure applications are accurate, timely and aligned with Immigration New Zealand requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting end-to-end immigration case management under supervision
• Preparing documentation and assisting with visa applications
• Providing immigration information and support to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
• Building strong relationships with clients, candidates and internal teams
• Keeping up to date with immigration policy changes and best practice
About You
• Currently a Provisional Licensed Immigration Adviser in New Zealand
• Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice (or equivalent) completed or near completion
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the immigration advisory field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
