The Opportunity:
Due to increasing demand, our client has openings for 3 Project Managers
with experience in land development construction. You will be part of a team working on large-scale projects from North to South Auckland, including major housing developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery : Ensure land development construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Planning & Programming : Prepare, plan, and propose project methods, sequences, durations, and resourcing.
- Collaboration : Work closely with construction and survey teams.
- Objective Delivery : Achieve project goals related to safety, quality, time, and cost.
- Contract & Financial Management : Oversee contracts and manage financial aspects.
- Direction : Provide guidance to subcontractors and plant hire contractors.
- Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Innovation : Implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
