About the Role
You’ll take charge of 3-6 HVAC projects at any given time, with values ranging from $500k through to $5 million. From kickoff to completion, you’ll be the person keeping everything humming - timelines, budgets, quality, and all the moving parts in between.
Here’s what your days will look like:
- Steering programmes, budgets, and resources
- Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Managing subcontractors and making sure safety and compliance stay top priority
- Tracking progress, variations, and financial performance
About You
You’ve already delivered HVAC projects and know what it takes to run several at once without breaking a sweat. You’re confident, organised, and commercially sharp. If you’ve spent time on the tools or come from a trade background - even better.
You’ll ideally be Wellington‑based or familiar with the region’s project landscape, and you’ll bring a proactive, get‑stuck‑in attitude from day one.
