This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing major bulk earthworks , delivering a critical piece of mine infrastructure to a blue-chip global client. You’ll be supported by a strong operational and technical team while leading delivery excellence, safety performance, and commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle for a $40M TSF Lift project, ensuring quality, safety, cost and schedule targets are achieved
- Manage and mentor a site-based project team including engineers, supervisors and HSEQ professionals
- Oversee bulk earthworks operations, contractor performance, stakeholder engagement and client relationships
- Drive commercial performance including forecasting, cost control, claims and reporting
- Champion a high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction/Project Management
- Proven experience as Project Manager delivering CIRCA $30-40M civil infrastructure or mining NPI projects in remote environments on FIFO for Civil Contractors
- Strong capability in bulk earthworks in WA’s Pilbara on TSF construction/lifts, turkeys nests, embankments, dams, haul/access roads (highly regarded)
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and collaborative project delivery
