A privately owned development group is expanding its delivery team due to a strong pipeline of hospitality projects across Queensland. With over 30+ venues nationally and more than 12 major refurbishments and expansions completed in the last three years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving client-side environment delivering projects that range from $2M-$22M.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, as well as a more junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator, to support ongoing growth.
The Opportunity
Working client-side, you will take ownership of hospitality refurbishments, upgrades, and new venue expansions across regional Queensland. Projects are delivered in a collaborative team environment, with regular site travel (typically weekly).
All travel is fully covered (flights, hire cars, accommodation).This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in delivery-focused environments, and is happy being on the ground driving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project delivery from design through to construction completion
- Managing consultants, builders, and key stakeholders across multiple sites
- Running tender processes and supporting contractor selection
- Negotiating trade packages and consultant engagements
- Attending and leading design meetings and procurement discussions
- Overseeing program, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes
- Ensuring smooth site coordination and stakeholder communication
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Project Management (built environment or construction)
- Client-side or developer experience highly regarded
- Strong tendering, procurement, and negotiation capability
- Comfortable travelling regularly to regional project sites
- Independent, proactive, and delivery driven
- Team-oriented with flexibility to support a growing project pipeline
