My client has a busy 2026 and is on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager to join their ever growing team in Wellington. In this role as Project Manager, you will manage various projects and crews, ensuring all work is delivered safely and to the client expectations. You'll be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, sound commercial and contractual practices whist supporting the wider team with problem-solving and decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting client expectations
- Providing leadership, mentorship and direction to the project team
- & subcontractors
- Overseeing resource management, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (both direct resource and subcontracted)
- Strengthening Industry relationships with clients, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- 4+ years Project Manager experience or equivalent experience (Formal Qualification preferred)
- Deep understanding of Civil Construction across structures rail and/or urban infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with NZS 3910
- Ability to deliver complex civils projects safely, in budget and on time
- Proven experience with safety, contracts, financial management and programming
- Good technical Proficiency and solutions focused
- Competitive Salary $110,000 - $160,000 plus company vehicle
