We're looking for a intermediate experienced Civil Project Manager to join our client in their thriving business. In this role as Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing various projects, working closely with crews on the ground, ensuring all work is delivered safely and to the client expectations.
You'll be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, technical ability and contractual practices whist supporting the wider team with problem-solving and decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effective management of assigned projects
- Complete civil construction projects in accordance with design specifications
- Plan construction methods and ensure delivery is both safe and efficient
- Efficient day to day running and administration of projects
- Overseeing resource management, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (both direct resource and subcontracted)
- Strengthening Industry relationships with clients, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in Civil Construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and relate to people at all levels
- A current Drivers Licence
- Contract management, budget preparation and financial management skills
- $110,000 - $140,000 (Depending on your experience)
