Stellar Recruitment are partnered with a busy main contractor, seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in Services / M&E / Build Services/
With a strong pipeline of work, this contractor is looking to add a Project Manager in a full time permanent role.
The role will be site based in Silverdale, with company offices also on the shore.
The role main function is the delivery of a large-scale digital infrastructure project based in Silverdale.
This role requires solid technical understanding of services-heavy construction, coordination of high volumes of specialist subcontractors, and the ability to work within a structured delivery environment for a major global client.
The Project Manager will be embedded within a main-contractor project team and will oversee the planning, sequencing, and day-to-day management of all building services packages.
The position involves detailed coordination across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, communications, security, and associated services to ensure integration with structural and architectural works.
Ideal Experience / Qualifications
Experienced in M&E - Main contracting
Experienced delivering for blue chip global organisations - given the client’s structured standards and reporting requirements.
The role will suit someone who is organised, technically competent, and able to operate within a large and fast-moving site environment
The successful candidate will have experience managing complex construction programmes, establishing clear expectations with subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with design specifications, quality requirements, and site safety procedures.
