The role
- Leading commercial projects through all phases, owning every milestone and managing risks proactively.
- Acting as the essential bridge between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope of works is precise, comprehensive, and aligned with project goals.
- Interpreting and managing design documentation to enable flawless on-site execution.
- Driving project delivery efficiency by identifying and resolving potential issues early.
- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Applying your design and scope expertise to support informed decision-making and risk management.
- Project Management experience in commercial construction or fitouts
- Strong design and scope of works knowledge.
- Ability to dive deep into technical details and translate them into clear, actionable project plans.
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in New Zealand's commercial construction sector is a plus.
