Ready to take charge of a key client account as civil Project Manager with one of WA’s most respected mining clients? We’re seeking a sharp and driven Civil Project Manager for a civil contractor to lead ongoing works at an existing refinery operation in WA’s south-west Peel region. This is not a one-and-done project, it’s a long-term ongoing partnership. You’ll be the key player trusted to deliver multiple small civil projects concurrently, backed by a solid team of 4 Supervisors, their crews, and an Engineer by your side.

Scopes of Work You’ll Oversee

You’ll manage a steady pipeline of civil projects, including but not limited to:

• HDPE, PVC and steel pipelines (DN50 to DN630),  buried and above ground installations
• Roadworks  from grading existing tracks to constructing new pavements (subgrade through to wearing course)
• Minor and detailed earthworks (supply and placement of fill material, cartage and placement of site material)
• Tailings infrastructure (decant installations/modifications, managing inlet and outlet piping)
• Minor structural concrete (pads, bases, pedestals)
• Urgent excavations and repairs , often HDPE, but also assisting other contractors with civil aspects

• CIRCA $180K Base + Super + Company Vehicle
• Monday–Friday, 6:30am–4:30pm and be home every night
• DIDO from home (*for logistics ideally you will live in Perth’s southern suburbs, Pinjarra or Mandurah)
• Long-term pipeline of civil works with a tier-one client relationship

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong civil Project Management experience (5+ years) within civil contracting companies on varied types of civil projects  including; roads, drainage, pipelines, underground services, earthworks, civils
• Tremendous client relationship skills to win respect and keep it
• The ability to juggle multiple small-to-medium projects without breaking stride
• Proven leadership skills to guide Supervisors and site crews to deliver results safely and on time
