About the Role:
An established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of land development projects across Auckland is seeking an experienced Project Manager
to lead the delivery of residential and infrastructure developments. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team and take ownership of large-scale subdivision and earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of land development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, methodologies, and resource schedules.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety protocols.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
- Resolve project challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 – $150,000
