About the Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, lead project planning and execution, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. This is a leadership role that also supports business development efforts and contributes to the wider growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of asbestos removal and demolition projects
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project documentation and reporting
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets
- Lead and support operational teams based in Dunedin
- Assist with identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, demolition, or related sectors
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to identify challenges and proactively solve problems
- Experience in business development or sales is an advantage
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and project documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Collaborative approach to working across regional teams.
