• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, electrical, or HVAC sectors
• Strong site-based background with commercial or industrial project exposure
• Ability to manage subcontractors, client relationships & safety/compliance
• High attention to detail in planning, resourcing, and financial tracking
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Trade qualification or tertiary PM credentials highly regarded
