Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure? We’re partnering with a leading provider of asset and facilities management services across New Zealand to find a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact projects in Auckland.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of works including roading upgrades, utilities, airport infrastructure, and public sector facilities. You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team focused on safety, innovation, and delivering quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met
  • Oversee project planning, scoping, costing, and coordination of design and construction activities
  • Provide technical leadership and support to site teams across roading, drainage, utilities, and structural works
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance plans, risk management strategies, and compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support training, compliance, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management within civil infrastructure (roading, utilities, airport, or public works)
  • Strong understanding of NZ building codes, civil construction methodologies, and contract management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
