The Position Specifics We are seeking a Project Engineer to join their growing team, working directly under an experienced Project Manager and alongside Site Engineers. You’ll be across the nuts and bolts of delivery — planning, coordinating subcontractors, keeping an eagle eye on quality and safety, and making sure everything lines up on time and within budget. This isn’t a role where you’re a cog in the wheel, you’ll have direct input, autonomy, and visibility across the full life cycle of subdivision projects.

The Key Need

Subdivision projects require precision, forward planning and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts. The business needs a Project Engineer who can bring technical expertise, local knowledge and a proactive approach to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the one keeping plans on track, suppliers in check and the team humming along, ultimately making sure the subdivision is handed over without a hitch.

The Essentials:

• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) .
• 1+ years’ local experience with subdivisions as a Project Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage and services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset. You make things happen, not excuses.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Advanced computer and systems know-how (because Excel still runs the world).
