As a Project Engineer , you’ll be the key link between pre-construction planning and site delivery. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational delivery of civil construction works on site. Key duties include interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, supervising daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, monitoring progress against the program, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role ensures works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards.
About You
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
- 3-5 years’ civil contracting experience as Site/ PROJECT ENGINEER in Australia.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A clear communicator who enjoys working with both office and site teams.
- Motivated to develop your career with a supportive and growing business.
- For logistical considerations, ideally residing South-of-the-River in Perth given that the office is in Perth’s southern suburbs.
- Competitive salary CIRCA $120-140K + Vehicle & Fuel Card depending on experience.
