Project Engineer – Technical Services | Auckland | $80k–$120k + Vehicle
Are you a technically minded Project Engineer with a passion for complex water and wastewater infrastructure? We’re recruiting for a growing Technical Services team delivering high-spec, high-impact civil projects across Auckland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure involving large-diameter pipelines, confined space works, mechanical installations, and live network upgrades. You’ll be part of a team known for its technical excellence and collaborative culture.
About the Role:
- Deliver complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Plan and execute works including cut-ins, repairs, pipe bridges, and under-pressure tapping
- Work closely with senior leadership and high-value utility clients
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases
- Operate across both site and planning environments
- 4+ years of civil infrastructure experience in NZ
- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering
- Experience with large-diameter pipelines or live water/wastewater networks
- Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety and temporary works
- Salary between $80,000–$120,000 + vehicle, phone & laptop
