Ready to step up and deliver real, boots-on-ground impact on civil projects across WA? An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join a respected, locally owned civil contracting company with a proven track record delivering bulk earthworks and mixed civil works across the Pilbara. With a strong pipeline of projects in hand, we’re seeking someone who’s ready to take ownership, work closely with project leaders, and be involved in the full project lifecycle, from planning through to practical completion.

The Projects:

• FIFO 2/1 roster ex-Perth to Pilbara mining and infrastructure sites
• Project scopes include bulk earthworks, drainage, culverts, roadworks and general civil packages
• Project values up to $10M, with supportive site teams and practical decision-making

• Supporting project delivery across quality, cost, and program
• Preparing ITPs, managing subcontractors, and overseeing on-site works
• Monitoring quantities, progress claims, and cost tracking
• Liaising with supervisors, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Helping drive successful, safe, and efficient project outcomes

• Around 4-6 years' experience as Site/ Project Engineer with civil contractors in Australia
• FIFO experience as Site/ Project Engineer in the Pilbara, ideally on bulk earthworks and mine infrastructure projects
• Strong working knowledge of earthworks, drainage and civil packages
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
• Solid reporting, communication, and documentation skills
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar (*essential)
