About the Role
They’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key projects within their facilities management division. You’ll be working closely with project managers, technicians, and operational teams to keep things on track, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring project workflows run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects
- Manage project documentation, including reports, registers, and meeting minutes
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to support timely project delivery
- Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and key milestones
- Help maintain compliance with health & safety and quality assurance processes
- Previous experience in a project coordination, administration, or operations support role
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems
