About the Client:

This well-known kiwi building maintenance service company, work with many well known commercial and domestic businesses throughout NZ.  
  
About the Role:

They have a newly created role for an experience administrator to take control of administration in their Franktown location. Here you will work closely with a brilliant Project Director who oversees the Queenstown region. Although this is a sole admin role you will have support from other administrators in their head office or other locations.   
 
Working closely with the Project Director duties include: 
  • Project coordination/documentation management
  • Facilities management for the whole building 
  • Collating of QA documentation  
  • Health and safety inductions and audits 
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • General office administration support, order supplies
  • Travel bookings  
  • Organising meetings, events (internal and external)
To succeed in this role you will be/have:
 
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced administrator with 3 years Admin / Project Coordination exposure, who is enthusiastic and comfortable in dealing with various personalities and working in an ever-changing environment, supporting senior executives, and the broader team.
