Role Overview:

As the Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects by providing administrative coordination to project managers, site teams, and stakeholders. You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and communication flows efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and site teams across all phases of construction projects
  • Prepare, track, and manage project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with project scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor and update project records, registers, and compliance documentation
  • Facilitate internal and external communication between teams, clients, and consultants
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for project meetings
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
   
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar) is highly regarded
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus
