The Role
As a Product Support Advisor
, you’ll be the technical link between engineering, workshop operations, and clients. From build to delivery and beyond, you’ll ensure products perform to spec, manage warranty issues, and provide on-site support. This is a technical role (not sales)
, suited to someone with strong field or OEM experience who thrives on problem-solving and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice, inspections, and after-sales support to clients
- Manage warranty claims, troubleshooting, and performance reviews in the field
- Liaise with engineering and workshop teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality
- Compile reports, provide improvement feedback, and support new product estimates
- Salary: $155k–$165k + super
- Location: Kewdale (onsite 2–4 days per week, flexible travel, WFH available)
- Benefits: Flexible work options, time in lieu for travel, bonus/incentive scheme under review
- Boilermaker trade certificate OR engineering qualification essential
- Experience with OEMs, field service, or technical product support
- Strong communicator comfortable working with site teams and clients
