The Role
As a PSA, you’ll split your time between hands-on mechanical work (50% on tools) and technical/product improvement tasks. You’ll be the key link between the product and the client, providing both technical expertise and professional support.

- Carry out inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Manage documentation and reporting as required by client and company
- Provide warranty support and planned component change-outs
- Conduct technical procedures such as tune valve sets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a true product ambassador
- Full Australian working rights (required)
- Relevant Australian Trade Certificate (required)
- EPIROC and CAT experience (required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (required)
- Current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence ( HR licence desirable )
