The Role
As a PSA, you’ll split your time between hands-on mechanical work (50% on tools) and technical/product improvement tasks. You’ll be the key link between the product and the client, providing both technical expertise and professional support.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of heavy machinery equipment
• Carry out inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Manage documentation and reporting as required by client and company

• Conduct technical procedures such as tune valve sets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a true product ambassador

• Full Australian working rights (required)
• Relevant Australian Trade Certificate (required)
• EPIROC and CAT experience (required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (required)
• Current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence ( HR licence desirable )
