We are looking for a Product Manager to support the Surface Systems category within a major supplier of wastewater and water‑management products used across New Zealand’s civil and rural infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and support to internal teams, customers, and industry partners
- Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies for the Surface Systems product range
- Support the delivery of engineered solutions, including site visits when required
- Contribute to product improvement, testing, and development initiatives
- Work closely with suppliers, engineering, and sales to refine products and identify new opportunities
- Gather feedback from the market and translate insights into meaningful product direction
- Help ensure products meet performance, compliance, and fit‑for‑purpose requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in construction, civil materials, manufacturing, or related technical fields
- Strong practical understanding of how products function and perform on site
- Confidence working across technical and non‑technical teams
- Ability to simplify technical information and turn it into clear advice or solutions
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
- Willingness to travel within New Zealand when required
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety and quality standards
