Your Role as a Recruiter:

• Recruit for Blue Collar Mining appointments
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives
• Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business
• Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar’s extensive network
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded

• Minimum  5+ year experience in agency/internal recruitment , experience in recruiting Mining Blue Collar roles such as Production/Maintenance and Managing end-to-end processes for both clients and candidates
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
• You stay focused, proactive, and driven, even when priorities shift
• You’re eager to learn, develop professionally, and seize new opportunities within a high-performing team
