About the Role
We have partnered with a mechanical engineering company who are looking for 10+ welders (and also mechanical fitters) on a wood panel production plant in Taupo.

Duties
- Welding up to 6G
- Pipe Welding on Carbon + Stainless Steel
- Heavy Wall/Thick Pipe work
- Welding, fitting, and fabrication
- Proven ability to weld up to 6G
- ASME Qualified (or equivalent)
- Skilled in Carbon and Stainless-Steel welding
- Comfortable working with heavy wall (thick pipes)
- Able to specify pipe thickness range (min–max) you've worked on
- Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Site Safe (or willing to obtain)
- Valid NZ Working Rights
