I'm seeking an experienced Piling Superintendent to lead high performing crews and drive the success of groundbreaking projects across the greater Wellington and Southern Regions.
This role is an exciting change to join not only a Major Civil Infrastructure project but be apart of the senior leadership. In this role, you will:
- Manage multiple single rig piling crews across the region or take charge of a large multi rig project
- Oversee foundations plant and labour resources, ensuring the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time
- Be performance driven, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets are met for the project
- Provide technical advice for project planning, whilst monitoring progress and problem solving.
- Be able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project teams
- Expertise across the full suite of foundation and ground improvement techniques marine piling, bored piling, driven piles, mini piling, CFA, DFA, and anchoring.
- Strong cost and quality management experience.
- Proven leadership experience, with a genuine passion for training and mentoring
- Safety focused, ability to plan, schedule, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- $150,000 - $180,000 + Company Vehicle + Company benefits
- Senior Leadership position and further training is available
- Work to get Wellington moving on a Major Civil Infrastructure project
