- Salary : $80,000 – $107,000 + up to $5,000 in bonuses (based on quarterly targets)

You’ll support clients through their rehabilitation journey — from early intervention to return-to-work — with a varied caseload that includes:
- Workplace assessments and return-to-work planning
- In-home and community-based rehabilitation
- ACC contracts, early intervention, and private vocational services
- Liaising with GPs, specialists, and employers to ensure smooth recovery pathways
We’re looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience and 1 year in vocational rehab
- A current NZ practicing certificate, professional body membership, and indemnity insurance
- A full, clean driver’s licence
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- A passion for helping people and a commitment to clinical excellence
