We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our After Sales team as a Parts Interpreter. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across inventory, logistics, and customer service. You'll be the go-to person for parts inquiries, order processing, and internal support helping both customers and technicians get what they need, when they need it.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 negotiable on skills and experience
- Location: Central Location based in mt Wellington

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and professionalism
- Interpret parts requirements using manuals and available resources
- Manage inventory control, logistics, and dispatch of domestic and international goods
- Prepare documentation including invoices, picking slips, and shipment records
- Receive and process incoming goods and branch transfers
- Pack and dispatch orders efficiently and safely
- Support technicians and sales teams with technical parts assistance
- Assist with monthly reporting and inventory cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in parts interpretation and inventory management
- Proven ability to understand and fulfill customer orders
- A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- A valid NZ Driver's License (Class 1 minimum)
