This position has 4 direct reports and you will be reporting into the Managing Director.
Please note, this position is based in the Hawkes Bay and requires relocation.
Salary - $130,000 - $150,000 + full use of vehicle
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage divisional compliance with all employment obligations
- Overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Supervising and managing Trades teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Understanding financial statements, managing budgets, and negotiating contracts.
- Business Development and maintaining existing client relationships
- Drive a commitment to Health and Safety across the division.
