About the Role
As Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the Management Team
- Coordinating appointments and schedules
- Liaising with third parties including banks and lawyers
- Assisting with annual accounts preparation and distribution
- Supporting Managers with client information gathering
- Typing correspondence, reports, file notes, and documentation
- Invoicing fees and disbursements
- Tax administration support
- Preparing and issuing provisional and terminal tax notices
- Ensuring final declarations and minutes are signed and returned.
- Following up third party enquiries
- Reception support and daily mail processing
- Providing payroll back-up support
- General administrative assistance as required by the Management Team
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Confidence liaising with clients and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Previous experience in administration within a professional services environment (preferred)
- Comfort handling payroll processes and confidential information.
