The Company 
This is a New Zealand-based engineering and automation solutions provider continue to grow in a market where others are declining. They serve in sectors like dairy, meat, seafood, and horticulture delivering end to end systems that integrate seamlessly with production lines. 

The Role
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced PA/EA to hit the ground running and support their CEO, COO, CFO and CPO. As they will be seeking to fill the role permanently, we expect this temp role to run for 8-12 weeks. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level support, including diary management, meeting coordination, email and document preparation, and follow-up
  • Preparation of board agenda, board papers, create the presentation and prepare mintues
  • Coordinate travel requirements 
  • General administrative support for the wider management team

Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced administrator with 3 years Admin / Team Assistant exposure, who is enthusiastic and comfortable in dealing with various personalities and working in an ever-changing environment. supporting senior executives, and the broader team.
  • Proven experience in a comparable PA or EA role, ideally supporting senior executives or high-profile leaders
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management platforms
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities while remaining composed under pressure
