The Role

As Operations Manager in this successful, medium-sized civil contracting business, you’ll lead daily operations, support field teams, and ensure civil projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. You'll be central to client satisfaction, team performance, and continuous improvement, to really get this business and your team humming.
You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Managing schedules, resources, and project timelines
• Maintaining strong client and team relationships
• Driving safety, quality, and operational standards
• Identifying and leading improvements in performance and process

• Proven experience in civil construction & drainage leadership
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Confidence with scheduling, plans, and project coordination
• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• Relevant qualifications (S26) and a current C-Class Drivers Licence
