This is a busy but friendly environment where you will be an important part of keeping things running smoothly for two Directors.

About the Role:
This PA / Operations Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and thrives on being trusted with responsibility. You will work closely with both Directors, providing administrative, operational, and coordination support across day to day requirements. This role suits someone who takes pride in being the organisational backbone of a small, close knit business. A temporary assignment for up to 4 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage email inboxes, correspondence and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to two Directors
  • Assist with job costing and updating internal job cost programs
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients (Chinese language skills beneficial but not essential)
  • Coordinate general operations and take on additional responsibilities as desired
  • Prepare project documentation and assist with administrative requirements
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in an Operations Assistant, PA capacity or Project Coordination is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and confident learning new systems
  • Organised, proactive and able to work comfortably at Director level
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and support a busy operational environment
