We are looking for an Offsite Project Supervisor to join us at our Boggabri mine, an open-cut coal operation producing up to 8.6 million tonnes per annum, and with a mine life extending through until 2036. Boggabri mine is located near Boggabri, Gunnedah and Narrabri, regional towns which offer community spirit and a unique and diverse country lifestyle.
The position works within the Environment department and provides day to day supervision and coordination of contractors undertaking offsite environmental, agricultural and land management works across Boggabri Coal owned land, including activities such as fencing, weed control, earthworks and property maintenance.
It is accountable for contractor oversight, work sequencing, compliance monitoring and quality assurance to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and in accordance with approved scopes, environmental obligations and site systems.

You believe in fostering a positive, collaborative work culture - ensuring we always put our people first.
- Have experience supervising contractors undertaking land-based works such as fencing, weed control, earthworks or property maintenance.
- Have ability to interpret scopes of work, contracts and work plans and ensure delivery to requirements.
- Have experience coordinating multiple contractors and prioritising work across dispersed locations.
- Have demonstrated capability ensuring contractor compliance with site safety, health and environmental.
- systems.
- Understanding of environmental risks associated with land disturbance activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills.
- Hold S1, S2, S3 or willingness to obtain.
