About the job: Office Manager – Be the engine that keeps us running.
This is a diverse, hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership across multiple functions of the business.
  
You will support at both the executive and operational levels — covering everything from office administration and team coordination to HR support, systems management, and governance oversight.
  

  • Providing executive and operational support
  • Oversee daily office operations and be the point of contact for all office-related issues to ensure a productive work environment
  • Assist with HR procedures and compliance audits
  • Plan and execute internal as well as external events
  • Manage relationships with office suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Liaise with IT providers to assist with onboarding tech setup and resolve any office wide issues
  

About you:

With your already refined recruitment experience, you will possess:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role with multi-functional responsibilities
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with solid working knowledge of common office and project management tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in HR processes, recruitment, or compliance is a definite plus
  • Be a team player with a great attitude,
  • Your strong interpersonal skills will reflect your ability to demonstrate in every way, our Stellar Values; Greatness, Positivity and Leadership.
