About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organised General Administrator to support our busy operations. As the sole back-office team member, you’ll be the backbone of the business - supporting the General Manager and a team of field-based technicians.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customer enquiries
  • Scheduling and booking jobs for technicians
  • Preparing and sending out quotes and invoices
  • Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
  • Maintaining job records and general office administration
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous administration or coordination experience
  • Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of invoices
  • Proven technical ability and systems knowledge (Microsoft Excel)
