About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organised General Administrator to support our busy operations. As the sole back-office team member, you’ll be the backbone of the business - supporting the General Manager and a team of field-based technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customer enquiries
- Scheduling and booking jobs for technicians
- Preparing and sending out quotes and invoices
- Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining job records and general office administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of invoices
- Proven technical ability and systems knowledge (Microsoft Excel)

- Full-time, stable hours – Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
