Large scale open pit coal mine in NSW operating under a owner / operator model. Crew sizes are approximate 80 +. The role is a dual mining supervisor / OCE position so you would need to be comfortable and experienced in wearing both hats.
The conditions:
- Lifestyle roster 5//4/4/5
- Must have a current OCE ticket and previous experience as a mining / production supervisor
- Circa $250k package which is made up of base, super, allowances and performance incentive
- Relocation assistance provided if needed and there may be some provision for DIDO
- Permanent position working directly for the mine owner
